Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in media, digital or social marketing (agency or client-side)
- Deep expertise in paid social, including hands-on experience across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar
- Proven ability to set up, manage, and optimise campaigns directly in-platform (not just briefing agencies)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience strategy, and conversion optimisation, as well as a knack for creative best practices
- Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance reporting tools to drive decisions
- Experience balancing creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A sharp commercial mindset with strong budget ownership and ROI focus
- Highly organised, proactive, and always looking to push performance further
