Accounting & Finance Operations Manager

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Operations Manager to help build and scale the financial operations that support OneImaging’s continued growth. The role will own day-to-day accounting and finance operations, oversee our external accounting partner, and strengthen the processes and controls that keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end accounts receivable process, monitor and optimize receivables performance, manage the financial operations of prefunded patient exam cards, own payroll administration, administer corporate card programs, and partner with our external accounting firm to manage the monthly close process.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience managing or owning the monthly close process
• Strong background in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash reconciliation
• Experience overseeing outsourced accounting firms, bookkeepers, or other third-party financial service providers
• Hands-on experience administering payroll through Rippling or a comparable platform
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Ramp or similar accounting and spend management platforms
• Experience developing and implementing accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze, reconcile, and interpret financial data across multiple systems
