Creative Partnerships, Onboarding and Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Creative Partnerships team supports OpenAI’s mission by building trusted relationships with creators, experts, and organizations to help them explore valuable uses of AI. The role involves developing and scaling high-touch onboarding and enablement experiences for creators, brands, and institutions.

What You Will Do

The role includes defining the strategy for high-touch onboarding, designing tailored onboarding sessions, learning about each partner’s work, and developing authentic use cases. The manager will also serve as a trusted point of contact for partners, partner with internal teams, and bring actionable product feedback to Product, Research, Marketing, Communications, Policy, and other teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creator or talent partnerships, strategic partnerships, platform partnerships, product enablement, client services, or another highly relationship-driven field
• Experience supporting creators, brands, or other high-profile partners and their representatives
• Strong cultural fluency and a nuanced understanding of how creators, talent, platforms, and communities influence one another
• Ability to translate complex or emerging technology into clear, relevant, and inspiring possibilities for non-technical audiences
• Strong program-management discipline, including experience developing workflows, standards, measurement, and scalable resources
