Design and own Oversee’s sales enablement strategy, building a repeatable onboarding and certification program, and developing role-based learning paths and ongoing coaching programs. Establish the company’s enterprise sales methodology and create playbooks and training programs for selling AI and agentic automation solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and own Oversee’s sales enablement strategy, build a repeatable onboarding and certification program, develop role-based learning paths and ongoing coaching programs, establish the company’s enterprise sales methodology, create playbooks and training programs, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
Why It Might Be a Fit
5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or a directly related leadership role, with a track record of building programs that move the needle on revenue metrics. Experience enabling teams that sell platform, infrastructure, AI, automation, or workflow technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, or a directly related leadership role
- Track record of building programs that move the needle on revenue metrics
- Experience enabling teams that sell platform, infrastructure, AI, automation, or workflow technology
- Strong command of sales methodology
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar frameworks
- Data-driven approach to program design
