Role Overview
As a Sr. Area Sales Manager – Retail (Enterprise), you will drive sales growth and market share across Owens Corning’s retail channel. You will serve as a product and program expert, working directly with customers, store teams, and internal partners to deliver value-driven solutions and support execution in the field.
What You Will Do
Partner with Regional Sales Leadership and Channel Marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share across the assigned region. Analyze territory and sales data to identify opportunities for growth, product mix optimization, and performance improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, account management, or retail/commercial field roles, with demonstrated ability to drive results
- Experience working across multiple locations, markets, or territories
- Experience supporting or influencing others through training, coaching, or informal leadership
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers, store teams, and cross-functional partners
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve sales performance and decision-making
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
