Senior Key Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills, as well as analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in B2B or sustainability-driven companies.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for report creation and presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and helpdesk platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) is an added advantage.
- Comfort with using Google Workspace and internal tracking systems.
