Growth Marketing Manager, Digital

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager, Digital is responsible for driving incremental sales, customer acquisition, frequency, and profitable growth across Papa Johns’ third-party marketplace partnerships. This role will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across aggregator channels, including joint business planning, promotional programming, sponsored listings, media investments, merchandising, menu optimization, customer acquisition, retention, and marketplace innovation.

What You Will Do

Lead day-to-day management of key aggregator partnerships, support development and execute annual joint business plans, manage aggregator marketing budgets, and identify opportunities to acquire new customers, re-engage lapsed customers, and increase order frequency through aggregator-specific programs, offers, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years business experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, marketplace, delivery, growth marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience managing marketplace, aggregator, retail media, or digital commerce partnerships preferred
• Restaurant, QSR, retail, consumer packaged goods, or digital commerce experience preferred
• Experience developing business cases, growth strategies, and managing marketing investments or budgets
