Role Overview

As Readiness & Operations Coordinator – Sales Enablement, you will be the operational engine behind GTM Enablement’s programs, coordinating scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the global enablement calendar, supporting day-to-day administration across Parloa’s GTM Enablement tools, and preparing recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in an operations, coordinator, program support, or administrative role
• Enablement or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong organizational instincts and genuine comfort managing many small moving pieces at once
• Confidence with calendar tools and spreadsheets, and a track record of picking up new SaaS platforms quickly
• Clear written communication and the ability to coordinate across US and European time zones
• Sound judgment about what to handle yourself and what to escalate
