Senior Director, Product Growth

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Product Growth will lead end-to-end growth across the U.S. consumer credit portfolio, including PayPal Credit, PayPal Cashback Mastercard, and Venmo Credit Card. This leader will shape and drive a cohesive strategy spanning customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

What You Will Do

Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities. Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record driving both new-customer acquisition and existing-customer growth for a consumer credit or card portfolio. They will have experience managing and influencing key portfolio and P&L performance levers, including revenue, costs, credit and fraud losses, pricing, rewards, and lifecycle economics.

Requirements

• 12+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Issuer-side credit card experience
• Demonstrated experience currently leading or having previously led a sizable credit card portfolio at a major issuer
• Strong understanding of consumer credit needs, consumer behavior, and portfolio P&L dynamics
