Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related field
- Six years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Experience analyzing massive datasets using SQL and distributed systems
- Experience communicating analytical insights through clear visualizations and narratives
- Experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments and applying rigorous statistical inference
- Experience in causal modeling techniques such as propensity score matching and difference-in-differences
- Experience building and validating statistical and machine learning models in Python
- Experience in development of scalable experimentation framework/platform and measurement pipelines
- Experience defining success metrics and KPIs to measure business outcomes
