Sales Operations Senior Manager: Brand EMI & Subvention

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to own collections for our EMI affordability business with brand partners. The role covers the full cycle from monthly reconciliation with Finance, to MIS reporting, invoicing, payment tracking and collection.

• Negotiation and escalation skills to close disputes and pending payments
• Understanding of invoicing, GST and basic accounting
• Hands-on monthly reconciliation and invoicing experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, reconciliation models) and MIS; exposure to dashboards
