Product Ops – LMS (Assistant Manager)

Role Overview

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Lending Product Operations team to enable the maintenance of high-quality financial/lending products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment.

What You Will Do

Monitor disbursement funnels, build improvements in metrics, develop and streamline business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Working closely with Product managers/ Business stakeholders to analyze product flows
• Monitoring all LMS servicing flows across various lenders
• Develop and streamline business processes to effectively reduce failures
• Cross-departmental collaboration to troubleshoot for issues in API integrations
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to help Business and product management make decisions
• Establish internal best practices and promote them throughout the organization
• Ability to understand different technology platforms and work with solution architects/engineering leads
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/senior management / cross-functional teams
