Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in advancing our firm’s growth strategy. This position will strengthen business development efforts across the firm by supporting pursuit teams, building scalable processes, and enabling consistent, data-driven revenue growth.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will partner with firm leaders to support business development strategy, prepare and coordinate pursuit materials, maintain accurate pipelines, and serve as the firm’s Salesforce CRM expert.
