Role Overview
Peraton is seeking a seasoned Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of War (DoW) executive to serve as a Business Development Director, driving growth and shaping new opportunities across the Intelligence marketspace.
What You Will Do
As a key member of our Space Sector growth team, you will collaborate closely with operational and functional leaders to expand Peraton’s footprint across IC and DoW Space customers.

Requirements
- 16+ years of operations or business development experience supporting IC or DoW space organizations
- Proven track record leading major ($100M+) pursuits through capture phases
- Experience with NGA acquisition lifecycle
- Familiarity with major types of federal government acquisitions
- Demonstrated success winning contracts with NGA and DoW Space customers
- Strong relationships with senior IC, DoD, and industry leaders
- Experience developing partnerships and strategic teaming strategies
- Superior executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $176,000 – $282,000
