Role Overview

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of War (DoW) executive to serve as a Business Development Director, driving growth and shaping new opportunities across the Intelligence marketspace.

What You Will Do

As a key member of our Space Sector growth team, you will collaborate closely with operational and functional leaders to expand Peraton’s footprint across IC and DoW Space customers.

Requirements

  • 16+ years of operations or business development experience supporting IC or DoW space organizations
  • Proven track record leading major ($100M+) pursuits through capture phases
  • Experience with NGA acquisition lifecycle
  • Familiarity with major types of federal government acquisitions
  • Demonstrated success winning contracts with NGA and DoW Space customers
  • Strong relationships with senior IC, DoD, and industry leaders
  • Experience developing partnerships and strategic teaming strategies
  • Superior executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active TS/SCI clearance

Benefits

  • Target Salary Range: $176,000 – $282,000
  • Overtime
  • Shift differential
  • Discretionary bonus
