As an Assistant CX Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, oversee program initiatives, and improve customer experience in a contact center environment.

Requirements

  • 2 years team leadership or supervisory experience
  • 3 – 5 years of Customer Call Center experience with 1 year of luxury hospitality, automotive, etc experience required
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
