As an Assistant CX Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, oversee program initiatives, and improve customer experience in a contact center environment.
Requirements
- 2 years team leadership or supervisory experience
- 3 – 5 years of Customer Call Center experience with 1 year of luxury hospitality, automotive, etc experience required
- Project Management experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
