Peregrine is hiring a People Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the People team. The role involves managing employee data updates, payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, payroll support, or a related operational role in a high-growth technology company.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume administrative work.
- Proficient experience within an HRIS platform (Rippling preferred).
- Skilled analytical execution with spreadsheets and structured data in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workflows simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
