Role Overview
The Property Events Manager acts as the bridge between property management and resident/client engagement, responsible for planning, promoting, and executing events that enhance community life and maximize venue usage.
What You Will Do
Design, plan, and execute community events, meetings, and private functions from conception to completion, coordinate logistics, timelines, and on-site execution to ensure successful event delivery, and negotiate and manage contracts with vendors.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field OR 4–6 years of directly related experience in event planning, hospitality, or property management
- Experience coordinating events, vendors, and logistics in a professional setting
