Role Overview
As a Growth Operations Specialist at Picnic, you will calculate customer demand and our capacity, identify and overcome bottlenecks, and contribute to our growth plan in the Netherlands and France.
What You Will Do
Forecasting customer order demand, overseeing capacity in delivery and fulfillment centers, communicating with stakeholders, and creating data-driven insights on changing customer behavior.

Requirements
- HBO degree or similar educational background
- 0-3 years of experience in forecasting, capacity planning, or similar
- data-driven and passionate about numbers and models

- fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a bonus)
- open to learning new skills like SQL and Python
