Brand Manager – Performance Marketing at Pilgrim’s. Evolving into a scaled, branded portfolio in prepared foods. Building brands like Just Bare and others. Opportunity to shape performance marketing, operate with speed and scale, and define modern marketing within a large organization.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic)
  • Experience managing and directing agency partners
  • Proven ability to identify performance issues and drive optimization
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics or similar tools)
  • Ability to translate data into clear business actions and recommendations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
