Role Overview
The Sales Director plays a critical role within the In-Venue Sales Organization, responsible for driving and managing sales efforts within their assigned hotel. They will act as the Pinnacle Live sales leader within the hotel, building hotel relationships, surpassing sales goals, and facilitating collaboration among the Pinnacle Live and hotel sales teams.
What You Will Do
Enforce the Catalyst Sales Process, communicate and collaborate with venue directors and national directors of sales, represent Pinnacle Live and the hotel during site visits and meetings, hire and manage sales managers, and provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an audio-visual systems sales leadership role
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a customer service facing role
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a sales management role
- Strong business communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms
- Exceptional relationship builder, internally and externally
- Production and Staging experience within a hotel, venue, convention center, or traveling organization
- Scenic and Décor experience
- Rigging, Electrical, and Exhibit experience
