Growth Lead

Role Overview

We’re hiring a growth marketer to bring in more inbound leads and better ones. You’ll work alongside our Impact Lead to own inbound growth, tracking inbound growth, and turning attention into leads.

What You Will Do

Own inbound lead gen end to end, take our newer products to market, build a US market, and work with sales to understand our cycle and shape growth activity around it.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You’ll be comfortable owning metrics, sharing them across teams, and figuring out how to move them. You’ll also be genuinely into AI for speed and have experience with tools like Claude or Claude Code.

Requirements

• Had an idea, built it, and shipped it yourself, and can point to results you created
• Think differently about getting noticed, and have ideated with a team
• Comfortable owning metrics, sharing them across teams, and figuring out how to move them
• Worked in digital marketing or paid ads, and know where that runs out of road
• Build order out of chaos: systems, content calendars, process
• Genuinely into AI for speed and have experience with tools like Claude or Claude Code beyond chatting
