Senior Product Manager – Growth

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager – Growth, you will own the full product lifecycle for a key area of our platform, from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring each phase delivers value to both our users and the business.

What You Will Do

You will define and evolve the product strategy, and roadmap, aligning broader business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders to set a clear direction and bring teams together to deliver on it.

Requirements

• Experience in Senior Product Management positions, in rapid-growth or evolving environments
• Ability working with data and metrics, using analytical thinking to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
• Comfortable being hands-on and collaborative, able to contribute directly to product development while also thinking strategically across the product lifecycle
• A strong sense of empathy for customers, using deep user understanding to inform and shape product direction
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well across teams and bring people along in the decision-making process
• An eye for good design and user experience, and a desire to help create products that are not just functional but genuinely delightful to use
• Curiosity about growth challenges across the learner and tutor journey
