Role Overview

The Business Development Manager drives the organisation’s business development strategies, enhances its current portfolio, and explores new business opportunities. He/She efficiently executes business strategies that are in line with organisational objectives.

What You Will Do

Grow pipeline of prospects in the areas of Investmentsoftware by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. Develop tender documents, client presentations and answer RFP’s. Negotiate agreements with new clients and periodically re-negotiates existing contracts.

University degree in a relevant field. 4 – 9 years of successful software solutions sales in the segments of Banking and Wealth Management in local and/ or international markets. Domain knowledge within Investment Software.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field
• 4 – 9 years of successful software solutions sales in the segments of Banking and Wealth Management in local and/ or international markets
• Domain knowledge within Investment Software
• Ability to work as part of an international team with close cooperation and interaction
• Proven track record of reaching goals and work well in teams
• Excellent command of both written and oral communication of English Language
• Proven capability to develop trust and lasting relationships with clients, with effective problem-solving skills and ability to present innovative solutions to client needs
