Role Overview

The Revenue Cycle Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst is a hybrid role combining revenue cycle financial analysis, operational performance optimization, business intelligence development, and advanced workflow automation. This position serves as the primary analytics and reporting partner to the VP of Revenue Cycle while operating within the Analytics Department.

What You Will Do

The key duties and responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst include analyzing revenue cycle data, identifying financial and operational improvement opportunities, and developing reporting solutions using SQL and Qlik.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or related field
  • Intermediate SQL proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience building applications within a BI platform; Qlik experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate required
  • Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Lists required
