The People Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting people and talent acquisition data to support business strategy and HR initiatives. This role will assist in designing and developing dashboards, delivering reports to various business functions, and contributing to HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ability to create complex formulas, pivot-tables, lookups, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Familiarity with people and talent acquisition data, including understanding HR metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various business functions.
- Experience in outlining and documenting data processes and use cases.
- Understanding of data compliance and regulatory requirements related to data collection and sharing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to ad hoc data requests efficiently.
- Knowledge and experience with SQL is a plus.
