Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on People Operations Manager to lead and manage Prophecy’s people function as we scale. Partnering closely with the SVP of Finance & Operations, you’ll oversee people operations, benefits, recruiting, and employee experience.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end recruiting, oversee employee benefits administration, serve as a trusted global HR resource for employees, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements
- 6+ years in HR, with at least 2+ years owning multiple people functions
- Bachelors of Masters Degree
- Recruiting experience is a must
- Knowledge of Rippling HRIS System
- Working knowledge of US employment law; multi-state or international experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills
