Estate Manager (Sales Planning)

Role Overview

As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Sales Department’s Planning Section, you will drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

What You Will Do

Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards to monitor service standards and derive business intelligence; Managing data analytics and responding to stakeholder data requests with accurate, timely insights; Analysing housing trends to support evidence-based planning and service improvements;

Requirements

• A few years of managerial experience

• Versatile and resourceful
• Able to work independently and as a team
• A customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels
