Senior Data Analyst, Storefront

Role Overview

Quince is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Storefront team, partnering across cart, checkout, post-purchase, and accounts to quantify what’s working, what’s broken, and what to build next. The role sits at the center of a live, high-velocity storefront, requiring a true individual-contributor ‘super IC’ with deep technical skills and hands-on experience with Python and SQL.

What You Will Do

The Senior Data Analyst will own end-to-end analytics and data science support, design and run experiments, apply causal inference methods, drive funnel diagnostics, and partner directly with Product, Engineering, and Design to prioritize hypotheses and translate findings into clear product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or quantitative analyst, ideally on a consumer-facing product, e-commerce, or marketplace team
• Deep hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Strong grounding in statistics and experimentation
• Track record of scoping and running experiments end-to-end
• Experience with BI/visualization tools and self-serve dashboards
• AI-forward: actively using LLMs and AI-assisted tooling in analytical and engineering workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Grit and ownership: comfortable with ambiguity, messy data, and a fast-moving startup environment
