Sales Lead- Visual Merchandising

As Visual Merchandising Lead, deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standard, promoting the Ballard Designs brand and ensuring the team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
