Role Overview
The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities within the K-12 and Higher Education markets. The role requires effective communication, critical thinking, and strong organizational skills to manage the outreach process and demonstrate Hanover’s value.
What You Will Do
Identify potential new clients, build targeted messaging, manage outreach strategy, and support the sales process. Make 50+ calls and send 15+ emails per day to secure initial meetings and generate new business.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferred, or relevant experience
- 0 – 2 years of work experience
- Comfortable with cold calling
