The Marketing and Commercial Department’s B2C unit is deploying a marketing approach based on personalization and customer knowledge. It relies on a structured data base around the unique traveler reference Data Client 360, which centralizes customer data to provide a unified view of the traveler, regardless of the channel. In this context, the Data client & CRM team is looking for an alternating Data Analyst to strengthen its analysis capabilities and actively contribute to the valuation of customer data.
Requirements
- Design, maintain and evolve dashboards under Power BI for marketing teams
- Analyze customer data to achieve statistical analysis (descriptive, explanatory, exploratory, multivariate)
- Formulate data-driven recommendations to inform marketing teams’ decisions and enrich the understanding of travelers’ behaviors
