Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Operations Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes, tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate CRM and sales data, and preparing regular reports and dashboards for leadership. The role includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting, as well as supporting the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns. The person in this role will assist in creating and refining sales documentation, proposals, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and consistency. Day-to-day responsibilities also include addressing internal and external inquiries related to sales operations, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance overall customer and client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations and Sales skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and supporting sales teams toward revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and respond effectively to client and candidate inquiries.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, generate insights, and prepare clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting or dashboard software is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales operations, staffing, or consulting environments.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.
