ML Data Engineer

Role Overview

Join Recraft, an AI tool for professional designers, illustrators, and marketers, to build the next generation of generative models across images and text. As an ML Data Engineer, you’ll design and operate high-throughput ingestion and preprocessing pipelines on Kubernetes, evolving our internal data-pipeline framework and working with ML engineers to ship datasets that move model quality forward.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain data-ingestion pipelines to source and prepare large-scale image datasets, operate and improve our Kubernetes-based data-pipeline framework, and work with S3-style object storage. Collaborate with ML engineers to align datasets with training needs and accelerate experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong Python fundamentals
• Solid hands-on Kubernetes experience
• Proven track record with unstructured data, especially images
• Experience developing data-ingestion or parsing tools for publicly accessible sources
• Comfort with S3/object storage
• English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or above)
