Field Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist supports the Field Marketing Manager in making Red Bull #1 in their region. They act as the face of Red Bull in their local market, gathering key local insights and creating innovative marketing initiatives. The FMS is based ‘in the field,’ managing a local team of Student Marketeers and brings the World of Red Bull to life on campus and in market.

What You Will Do

The Field Marketing Specialist will set clear goals with the Consumer Collecting Manager and Field Marketing Manager to drive trial and expand the consumer base. They will communicate clear expectations and guidelines for Student Marketeers, ensure a strong sales support program, and work with their team to create exciting and relevant university initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years marketing experience
• Experience in leading teams and managing people
• A strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and ‘makes things happen’
• A ‘connector’ who has excellent communication and networking skills, who can open doors and excite people of an idea
• Strong ‘can do’ attitude, strives for perfection and love for the detail in every project
• Leadership, motivation and ability to cultivate a team environment
• Analytical, planning, budgetary and project management competencies
• Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
• Must have valid US driver’s license
