Role Overview
The Business Development Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial acquisitions, conducting quantitative analyses, and building client relationships. This role requires a natural relationship-builder who can manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
What You Will Do
The Analyst will conduct market research, develop proposals, cultivate partnerships, and track sales pipeline. They will also educate clients about property management services and identify new geographic markets for business expansion.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of economics, investment, and operational principles
- Experience reviewing market data and creating presentations
- Skilled in performing SWOT analysis
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and basic accounting skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
- Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions
- Skilled at developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with other teams
- Experience analyzing financial statements
- Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
