Role Overview

The Sales Operations Manager will build and own systems and processes for two core sales motions: new-business engine and field engine. The role requires a systems thinker with proven RevOps experience, CRM ownership, and AI building skills. The manager will define what great looks like across the systems and processes, then take ownership of making it happen.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Manager will build the new-business engine, own the CRM and deal desk, scale the Pitstop engine, automate relentlessly, diagnose and fix the funnel, and implement quickly and practically.
