Role Overview

We’re a high-performing new business team focused on winning new logos. We partner with organisations to solve complex risk challenges—opening up strategic, high-value conversations. What You Will Do

You’ll be responsible for winning new business and expanding our presence across 3 Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway and Iceland), leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles—often engaging directly with C-suite executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise solution sales, ideally within financial crime, fraud, identity, or compliance.
• Fluent English required; additional Nordic language skills advantageous.
• Proven track record of exceeding ACV targets in a complex, solution-based sales environment.
• Strong expertise in the MEDDPICC framework, managing complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders
• Previous experience in banking, fintech or regtech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills.
