Remarcable is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team as we scale our go-to-market motion in the construction technology space. This role is ideal for a manager who thrives on coaching, developing early-career sales talent, and bringing structure and consistency to outbound execution in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of BDR / SDR management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success coaching and developing early-career sales professionals.
- A highly organized approach to leading teams, managing performance, and running cadence.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel from prospecting through opportunity handoff.
- Comfort operating in a startup or scale-up environment with an evolving product and process.
