Role Overview
The GTM Product Specialist will own and continuously improve one or more GTM products that support how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers. They will translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, workflows, and system improvements.
What You Will Do
The GTM Product Specialist will build and ship GTM product features and process improvements using automation and AI tools, partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, AI, and Engineering.

Requirements
- Experience managing or significantly contributing to business systems or technology products within a GTM or Revenue Operations environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes, system integrations, data models, and workflow automation.
- Ability to manage a product backlog, contribute to roadmaps, prioritize competing requests, and define measurable outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to clarify requirements, explain trade-offs, and build alignment.
- Experience with technologies commonly used across GTM, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Salesloft, Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Qualified, APIs, integration platforms, or business intelligence tools.
