Role Overview
As an After-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of AGV and automated logistics systems across client sites. This is a customer-facing, field-based role requiring strong technical expertise, responsiveness, and the ability to operate in dynamic, international project environments.
What You Will Do
Provide rapid response and resolution to customer-reported faults across AGV hardware and software systems, perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair, deliver remote and on-site technical support, and support installation, commissioning, and system testing at customer sites.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong technical knowledge of sensors, control systems, and network communication, ability to interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings, and hands-on experience with diagnostic tools are required. Experience working with AGV systems, robotics, or warehouse automation technologies is also necessary.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Experience working with AGV systems, robotics, or warehouse automation technologies
- Strong technical knowledge of sensors, control systems, and network communication
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and CAD drawings
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese language skills are highly advantageous)
- Experience producing technical reports, documentation, and training materials
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and within multinational teams
- Flexibility to travel internationally when required
