Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative at Rhymetec, you will be responsible for executing our outbound prospecting strategy, identifying potential new clients, and qualifying leads to pass on to our Account Executive(s). This is a founding UK sales role, working closely with the U.S. sales team. You will play a key role in identifying potential new clients, initiating contact through cold calling, emailing, and other strategic outreach methods, and qualifying leads to pass on to our Account Executive(s).
What You Will Do
Outbound Prospecting: Execute outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new business opportunities. Lead Qualification: Research and identify potential customers, understand their needs, and qualify them as high-value leads for Account Executives.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or working with startups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Amplemarket)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
