Rippling is seeking an Account Executive, Global Payroll to manage a high velocity sales cycle and navigate a strategic sales process. The role requires fluency in English and experience in SaaS markets selling B2B. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in HRIS/HCM software and/or security related products.
Requirements
- Maintain a pipeline of high value prospects through salesforce to forecast revenue accurately
- Own the sales cycle from initial discovery and demo, to contract signature
- Consistently attain and overachieve quota on a monthly basis
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitive landscape
- Work closely with CSM/Implementation Team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
