Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of business analysis, data analysis, and financial analysis. You will turn data from CRM and other business systems into trusted models, commercial insight, and practical actions for Sales & Marketing.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining SQL transformations, developing Power BI semantic models, translating business questions into structured requirements, analyzing pipeline and revenue data, and investigating refresh failures and data quality issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience across sales operations, business analysis, data analysis, financial analysis, BI, or commercial analytics
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts, including facts, dimensions, grain, keys, and table relationships
- Proven ability to build reliable reporting datasets, reusable KPI logic, and reconciliations across multiple data layers
- Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to understand performance drivers, forecasts, variances, and business trade-offs
- Strong business analysis skills: structure ambiguous problems, define requirements, and connect business needs to technical solutions
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to validation, debugging, and documentation
- Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills to proactively initiate and build relationships with stakeholders across the globe, technical and non-technical
