Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will sell all of Haag’s services by generating leads, building client relationships, and providing business development and account management in their prospective regions to the insurance industry and attorneys. The role requires creating and completing effective plans for meeting with target clients, generating new business leads, and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include creating and completing effective plans for meeting with target clients, generating new business leads, strengthening existing customer relationships, meeting personal and team sales targets, and scheduling and meeting weekly sales goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent sales experience
- 3-5 years of Sales experience – Industry experience a plus
- Specific experience selling and marketing directly to insurance companies and law firms is an absolute must
- Experience as an independent third-party adjuster working with multiple carriers is a plus but not required
- Previous experience and confidence with cloud platforms including but not limited to filing systems and virtual calls
- Demonstrated experience using CRM software required (i.e., Salesforce)
- Proven sales track record of over-achieving goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding follow-up skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and meet/exceed deadlines
- Organizational and individual thinking skills are critical
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high degree of productivity and accuracy
- Inquisitiveness and sound decision making
- Solid computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Emotional and mental stability to include the ability to receive constructive or emotion-laden feedback without reacting negatively or emotionally
