Role Overview
As a Trade Account Manager Telesales, you will be an active salesperson on the phone, maintaining existing customers, winning new customers, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. You will work structured, document consistently in Salesforce, and bring every sale to a close actively.
What You Will Do
Sell products over the phone and in writing to existing and new customers, identify and win new customers, recognize cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and ensure seamless documentation in Salesforce.

Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound call center, or sales internal sales
- Experience in a professional B2B call center environment
- Good MS Office skills
- Salesforce or comparable CRM system experience
- German as main working language, French and/or Italian an advantage
