Role Overview

SalesAPE.ai is looking for a commercially sharp Customer Success Manager to own long-term relationships with our growing portfolio of SMB clients. Post-onboarding, you’ll be the person clients call, trust, and grow with. You’ll understand their business goals, monitor how their AI agents are performing, and take ownership of driving outcomes that keep them renewing and expanding.

What You Will Do

Own a portfolio of accounts post-onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact through renewal and beyond. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their goals and driving outcomes from their AI agents. Proactively manage renewals and spot expansion opportunities, owning commercial conversations with confidence.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, ideally with SME clients
  • A genuine sales instinct with a track record of driving retention and growth
  • Strong relationship builder who clients want to call
  • Data driven and able to demonstrate ROI clearly
  • Highly self-managing with a bias for action
