Director of Demand Generation

Role Overview

The Director of Demand Generation will design and build demand generation systems, launch strategy, and team to scale. The role sits at the intersection of demand, strategy, and team/systems. The Director will translate revenue goals into a pipeline plan, shape content and campaigns to drive services adoption, and build the team bench underneath.

What You Will Do

The Director will own strategy and planning, market launches, team and partner leadership, pipeline, analytics, and AI. They will manage and coach direct reports, set clear KPIs, and review progress against them. The Director will also oversee paid and owned performance, optimize for lead volume and cost per lead, and direct recurring workflows to AI agents.

Why It Might Be a Fit

  • Company-paid long-term and short-term disability and life insurance
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, sick time, and paid parental leave
