Role Overview

The Revenue Operations team is looking for a Sales Plan Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales compensation programs. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate commission and incentive payments, maintaining compensation data integrity, and providing insights that help drive sales performance and business results.

What You Will Do

Administer sales commission and incentive plans for sales and marketing teams. Calculate commission and incentive payments in accordance with approved compensation plans and policies. Review compensation reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales operations, sales administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of sales compensation and commission administration processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
