Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Provide an optimal customer experience, maintain store appearance, and resolve customer service issues. Work with a team to meet customer and store needs.

What You Will Do

Record sales, handle monetary transactions, complete paperwork, and perform housekeeping duties. Assist with onboarding and training new associates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales / customer service experience preferred
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager
