Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Spanish market
- Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration
- Deep knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores and Spanish Social Security systems
- Proficiency in Google Sheet/Excel and experience with payroll software (e.g., A3, Sage, Workday, or SAP)
